Submitting an enquiry through the website does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after confirmation has been provided by Buransh Retreat through an authorised communication channel and, where applicable, the required payment or advance has been received.

Availability is subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Rooms and property facilities must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.

7. Booking Cancellation and Modification

The cancellation and refund terms communicated at the time of booking will apply to the relevant reservation.

For bookings made through third-party platforms, the cancellation and refund policies of the respective platform may also apply.

8. Payments

All applicable room, food, experience, service, tax or other charges must be paid according to the payment terms communicated during booking.

Any additional services or expenses incurred during the stay may be charged separately.

Prices may change without prior notice for future bookings; however, confirmed bookings will generally be governed by the price and terms communicated at the time of confirmation, subject to applicable conditions.

9. Food and Dining

Buransh Retreat may offer vegetarian and/or pure vegetarian food experiences, including locally inspired and Kumaoni cuisine, subject to the property’s current menu and availability.

Descriptions such as farm-fresh, locally sourced or directly from farms refer to sourcing practices where applicable and availability may vary depending on season and supply.

Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.

10. Experiences and Activities

Experiences such as trekking, camping, forest meals, bird watching, village walks, bonfires, yoga, meditation and other outdoor activities may be subject to:

Buransh Retreat may modify, postpone or cancel an outdoor activity where conditions make it unsuitable or unsafe.

For outdoor activities, guests should follow instructions relating to terrain, weather, wildlife, fire, trekking routes and other environmental conditions.

Guests participate in outdoor and recreational activities at their own responsibility and should inform the property of any relevant requirements or limitations before participating.

Guests may be held responsible for damage, loss or breakage caused to property, furniture, equipment or other belongings due to negligent, intentional or improper use.

Reasonable repair or replacement costs may be charged where applicable.
